Ako
Character Sheet
Materials:- Photoshop.
Month/year:- Nov 30, 2004
Comments:- The character's name is Ako. He's the
uke of the two leading characters in a shounen-ai comic I'm writing called 'Faith';
The other character sheet, Vaucia, can be found one pic earlier in my gallery.
I drew this sheet a good long while ago, so the style's a tiny bit off from
the other sheet, but it still acts as a reasonable referance for me. Ako is
a battle healer. He has dark brown hair (usually worn up, but occasionally has
it down), paleish skin, and bright green eyes.The colours of the clothes in
this picture aremostly cream/green/gold/brown (see the avatar edit beow the
main picture). The thing in his hair is a green leaf. He fights with a huuuuge,
over sized mace that he stuggles to control until Vaucia gives him some pointers.
Later in the comic he fights with a large wooden hammer, that has a silver hammer-head
and a wooden steak on the other side for steaking vampires^^. He also gets a
different costume later on, but I haven't decided it yet. Something lighter,
less priesty and stuffy looking. More modernish prolly. Ako, his design and

*Edit* Just a note - he's supposed to look very girly, but actually he's quite tough...if a bit of a clutz ;; When I first wrote the story, he was gonna be a girl, so I could target everyone with my comic, rather than the slightly smaller target audience if I did shounen ai. Actually, in the very, very begining, this story was going to be an R.O. doujinshi, and Ako was a nameless Acolyte (aco). I refered to him as Aco in all my notes, and I got used to calling him that, and couldn't bring myself to give him a real name. Vaucai was a hybrid desert wolf, and there was a third main character who was an assassin. The whole thing would've taken place in Payon. It makes me smile when I think about how much things have changed since then!
I've added a Gaia avatar edit below the main picci for anyone who wants a general colour referance. Heh, it's been a year and I still haven't done any colour art of this guy^^;
