I don't often make fancels, so there aren't many pics to go here yet. For the most part, my fancels are and will be from CLAMP series, since that is where my main interests lie, but I've done cels from Cowboy Bebop and Escaflowne and one from Kenshin too. Unfortunately I sold the 2 Escaflowne ones without thinking to scan 'em first to show you, so that's even less to put here. Rats Tokyo Babylon cel of Hokuto also coming soon. Subaru Sumeragi from X (OAV)
From episode 16 at the bridge, when Seishirou-san has Subaru caught up in his Sakura tree^^ I just had to make a fancel of this! I foresee myself making lots more fancels from this particular episode of X, I don't think I've ever cried so much for anything!! The next one's gonna be Sei-chan though ^__^.If you've ever bought a real production cel before, you'll have noticed that as well as the black and white outlines, there are also coloured ones. God knows how they do those, but they look like pen lines. I *tried* to imitate those in this cel but with a paint brush ... biiiiig mistake! Very difficult, very time consuming, and not very effective since it's very hard to make the brush lines go thin on acetate! Never again!!

Ed & Ein from Cowboy Bebop SOLD
I can't remember the number of the episode it's from, but it's the one where Ed goes and gets all the mushrooms ^^; The guy who bought this was really nice, and when I sold it, it was without background, but on a whim I made a quick rough attempt at a background and sent it with the cel for him.

Seishirou Sakurazuka from X (OAV)
Saying "I think I should go and introduce myself just this once"This one was the second ever cel I made, so I was quite proud of it ( the first was Kakyou). I sold this one to another great fan of Seishiro, she hasn't got it yet though, I hope she likes it^^ It's from ep. 14, when Kamui had just sealed the sword. Unfortunately, when I drew the planning sketch I made the mistake of noting that the scene had a greenish tint to it. When I actually started to paint the cel a couple of weeks later, I just worked from the sketch rather than going back to that ep and pausing the show to compare colours. I read my 'green tint' comment and remembering that the sword had given off a strong green glow, I miss interpreted the comment I'd left on the sketch, thinking that the cel needed to be sort of monochrome, when in reality I'd meant that - well, ya know, the flesh colours weren't as orangy-pnky-comicy as they seem to be in most anime, so I was trying to note to myself to add *a little* more green than usual. Rats!! Well I guess to look on the bright side, it'll be different from any other, I mean, even if anyone does ever make another fancel of this particular scene, no one 'll make it monochromey ^_^
